Ministers Offer Reward For Information On Chicago Gun Runners

(CBS) -- A group of concerned ministers working to destroy the root of gun violence have announced a $10,000 reward for anyone with information on gun runners in Chicago.

Pastor Anthony Williams, the director of social justice for Reformation Lutheran Church, says getting a gun is too easy.

"You get a crate of guns for $500, that is $100 a gun," said Pastor Williams.

He said getting rid of the gun-runner is the first step and that the city also needs create jobs for young people and add more mental health services.
