Metra UP Northwest Line Trains Stopped In Barrington
(STMW) -- Some Metra Union Pacific/Northwest Line trains are experiencing delays up to an hour and half due to mechanical problems in the northwest suburbs Tuesday morning.
Train No. 622/624, scheduled to arrive in Chicago at 8:26 a.m., is stopped in Barrington because of mechanical problems, according to Metra's website.
Three other trains — No. 630, 632, and 636 — are stopped behind the other train as of 8:40 a.m., according to Metra.
Both inbound and outbound trains may be operating between 30 and 90 minutes behind schedule.
