Man Wearing Hard Hat Robs Bank In Rolling Meadows

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man wearing a hard hat robbed a bank Monday afternoon in northwest suburban Rolling Meadows.

The BMO Harris Bank branch at 1951 S. Plum Grove Rd. in Rolling Meadows was robbed at 4:02 p.m., according to the FBI.

The man did not show a weapon and no one was injured in the robbery, the FBI said.

He is described as a white man in his late 30s to mid-40s, standing about 6-foot-2 to 6-foot-3, with blond hair and very pale skin, the FBI said. The suspect was wearing a white construction-style hard hat, a black short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and white gym shoes.
