Man Stabbed, Seriously Wounded In Domestic Dispute In Woodlawn
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was stabbed and seriously wounded during a domestic argument early Wednesday in the South Side Woodlawn neighborhood.
The 31-year-old man was arguing with a female in an apartment in the 6600 block of South Drexel at 2:25 a.m. when she stabbed him in the chest, according to police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro.
He was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in serious condition, Alfaro said.
The argument was domestic-related, Alfaro said. The female suspect was in police custody as of Wednesday morning.
