Man Shot While Cleaning Snow Off Car At 95th And Princeton

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was shot Wednesday morning while cleaning snow off his car in the Longwood Manor community.

At 10:03 a.m., the 23-year-old man was shot in the right ankle, police said.

The assailant or assailants were in a gray vehicle when they fired multiple shots, police said. They then drove off.

The victim was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn in good condition, police said.

Area South detectives were investigating.
