Man Shot On I-57 In Morgan Park
(STMW) -- A man was shot in the abdomen while riding in a car on Interstate 57 near the Far South Side Morgan Park neighborhood early Saturday.
He was in the backseat of a car heading north on I-57 near 111th Street about 3 a.m. when another vehicle pulled up to the left side of their car and someone inside opened fire six times, according to Illinois State Police.
The driver took him to St. Bernard Hospital, state police said. His injuries weren't considered life-threatening.
