Man Shot And Killed In Woodlawn
CHICAGO (STMW) -- An 18-year-old man was shot to death Thursday night in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side, police said.
He was walking in the 6600 block of South Blackstone Avenue just after 10 p.m. when a shooter walked up and shot him repeatedly, police News Affairs Officer Amina Greer said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, Greer said. The Cook County medical examiner's office could not immediately confirm the fatality.
