Man Shot And Killed In Gary
CHICAGO (STMW) -- A 37-year-old northwest Indiana man was shot to death in Gary, Ind., on Monday night.
Gerald Mathews was found shot and killed about 11:50 p.m. in the 1400 block of East 36th Avenue in Gary, Ind., the Lake County Coroner's office said in a statement.
Mathews, of the 2900 block of West 93rd Street in Crown Point, was pronounced dead at Methodist Northlake Hospital and his death has been ruled a homicide, the coroner's office said.
