Man Robs Horizon Bank In Portage
(CBS) -- A Horizon Bank branch was robbed at gunpoint Monday afternoon in northwest Indiana.
About 12:30 p.m., a man robbed the bank branch at 2650 Willowcreek Rd. in Portage, according to the FBI.
The robber showed a handgun during the robbery, the FBI said.
He is described as a black man, between 30 and 35 years old, standing between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8 with an average build, the FBI said.
He was wearing a Jamaican-style hat with fake dreadlocks, a black hooded jacket, light blue jeans and tan work boots.
