Man Killed, Woman Hurt In Kendall County Crash
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A man was killed and a woman was injured early Tuesday, when two cars collided in southwest suburban Kendall County.
The Kendall County Sheriff's Office said 56-year-old Raymond Boudreau Jr., of Plano, was driving south on Fox River Drive, approaching Crimmins Road, when his Chevy pickup truck crossed into the northbound lane, and struck a Chevy Avalanche pickup truck headed north.
Police said Boudreau was pronounced dead at the scene. The woman driving the Avalanche, 48-year-old Susan Smith of Millington, was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
The cause of the crash remained under investigation late Tuesday morning.
