Man Jumps From O'Hare Terminal While Fleeing Police

CHICAGO (STMW) -- A man was critically injured when he jumped from a terminal at O'Hare International Airport while running away from police Tuesday evening.

The 22-year-old man ran from officers who were trying to arrest him for causing a disturbance at the airport about 7:15 p.m., according to Chicago Police. While he was running away, he jumped from an upper-level terminal to a lower-level terminal.

He was taken to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge in critical condition, police said.
