Man Killed In Shooting Near Markham Bar
(CBS) --A man is dead after a shooting at a south suburban bar early Sunday morning, reports WBBM's Steve Miller.
Police in Markham say a shooting in Adrianna's Sports Pub and Grill, 16300 Dixie Highway, has left a 26-year-old man dead. He has been identified as Christopher Hooper of Matteson, Ill. and he was pronounced dead at 1:45 a.m.
The Chicago Sun Times reports the bar was hosting a performance by recording artist Future.
Police say the shooting took place shortly after midnight. It is not known if anyone one else was injured.
