Man Charged With Stabbing Three People In Chatham

A man has been charged with stabbing three people during a domestic incident Sunday morning in the South Side Chatham neighborhood.

Malik McKee, 20, was charged with three counts of aggravated battery using a deadly weapon, and one count of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm, according to Chicago Police.

The attack happened a few minutes after 10 a.m. in the 700 block of East 91st Street, police said. McKee cut a 37-year-old man on the lip, and a 26-year-old man on the right hand. A 22-year-old woman was also cut on the right hand.

The 37-year-old man and the woman were taken to Jackson Park Hospital in good condition, police said. The younger man was taken to Trinity Hospital in good condition.

The incident stemmed from an argument between McKee and the 37-year-old man, police said.

McKee, who lives on the same block, was scheduled to appear in bond court Tuesday.
