Man Charged With Exposing Himself To Minors In Harvey
(CBS) -- A Harvey neighborhood rallies to catch a man suspected of public indecency and it's all captured on tape.
Guas Sweiss is facing felony charges for exposing himself to minors.
Harvey police say video shows Sweiss running away from the scene. A neighbor caught him committing the lewd act.
Sweiss is from Orland Park and police there helped with his arrest.
The man who recorded Sweiss says it was pure instinct to start rolling cell phone video.
"I couldn't it was really happening so that is why I started recording," said Kenneth Smith. "As I was recording, I was calling the police at the same time."
Authorities are now investigating whether Sweiss may be involved in other similar incidents in Cook County.
