Man, 32, Dies After Lake Shore Drive Car Crash

CHICAGO (CBS)--A man was killed early Monday morning after crashing into a guardrail on Lake Shore Drive in the Gold Coast neighborhood.
The 32-year-old driver of a Cadillac was speeding around 2:10 a.m. on Lake Shore Drive near the S-curve at Oak Street, when he struck a barrier, police said.
He was taken to Northwestern Hospital and was pronounced dead.
Police said three male passengers in the vehicle were not injured.
The driver's name has not been released.
