Joakim Noah, Mike Dunleavy Remain Out For Bulls

(CBS) The Bulls will once again be without two starters when they're on the road to face the Cavaliers tonight.

Big man Joakim Noah will miss his third straight game with a sprained right ankle, while wing Mike Dunleavy will miss his 10th straight game with a jammed right ankle, the Chicago Tribune reported.

Noah injured his right ankle against the Wizards last Wednesday. Dunleavy was hurt on Jan. 1. While he's resumed running, Dunleavy still is experiencing pain often, the Tribune's K.C. Johnson reported.

Taj Gibson and Kirk Hinrich are likely to start in place of Noah and Dunleavy.

McDermott underwent an arthroscopic procedure on his right knee in the second week of December to repair a small meniscus tear. With position-mate Dunleavy out, it does provide a better chance for McDermott to play.
