Jimmy Butler Hilariously Summed Up Doug McDermott's Monster Dunks

(CBS) On several occasions this season, Bulls wing Doug McDermott has surprised many -- coaches, teammates and outsiders alike -- with thunderous slam dunks.

Wednesday night showed there should no longer be any shock.

Displaying his hops, McDermott threw down a pair of big dunks in the Bulls' 109-104 win against the Wizards, firing up the crowd in the process.

The first came in the third quarter when he drove baseline around John Wall and finished over Markieff Morris, who didn't seem all that enthused to challenge anyway.

Later, McDermott took a sharp pass from Taj Gibson and hammered home another dunk in the lane.

So what was the reaction from his teammates? Gibson was "hyped up" while others were a little "in shock," McDermott said. Of course, the best reaction came from injury All-Star wing Jimmy Butler, who gave McDermott the highest compliment.

"Jimmy said it was good for a white boy," McDermott said.

Check out the dunks below.

McDermott also joked that he may need an invitation to the Dunk Contest at next year's All-Star Game.
