House Explodes In Libertyville

(CBS) -- First-responders were on the scene Wednesday of a house explosion in far north suburban Libertyville.
Firefighters were called to the 1700 block of Sunnyview Road around 2:30 p.m. and found a home there with "major structural damage," the Lake County Sheriff's Department said in a news release.
Neighbor Teresa Tipsword tells CBS 2's Roseanne Tellez the destruction was preceded by a fireworks-like explosion. "It kind of rocked me a little bit," she says.
There were no reported injuries; occupants of the home reportedly were away.
