Headline Fail: Newspaper Typo Makes Men Everywhere Wince
(CBS) One letter can really make all the difference.
Just ask those with the Evansville (Ind.) Courier and Press newspaper. In a headline snafu that rivals the best (worst?) of them, they meant to write "Heat cut Nets" after Miami's win against Brooklyn in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series last night.
Only it didn't turn out that way when a "u" accidentally replaced the "e" in Nets.
