Girl, 16, Shot In Washington Heights
(STMW) -- A 16-year-old girl was shot in the Washington Heights neighborhood on the South Side early Saturday.
About 12:30 a.m., the teen was inside a home in the 9500 block of South Green when someone fired a shot through the front window, according to police.
She was shot in the arm and taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where her condition was stabilized, police said.
