Frozen Body Found In Bolingbrook
BOLINGBROOK, Ill. (STMW) -- A body was found apparently frozen Tuesday morning in southwest suburban Bolingbrook.
A land surveyor discovered the victim, a male of unknown age, apparently frozen to death, in a vacant lot in the 1000 block of Windham Parkway, according to the Will County Coroner's office. He was not yet been identified.
He was pronounced dead at 9:35 a.m., according to the coroner's office.
The cause and manner of death is pending an autopsy scheduled for later this week, and toxicological and police reports.
Bolingbrook police are investigating.
