Owner Injured After Shots Fired Into Washington Heights Flower Shop
CHICAGO (CBS)-- Gunfire from outside a Washington Heights neighborhood business spilled inside in broad daylight Saturday.
As CBS 2's Jeremy Ross reported, one person was hit by gunfire in the shooting at the Roses Are Red Flower Boutique at 93rd and Halsted streets.

Police late Saturday afternoon were trying to determine who was responsible.
Surveillance video shows some ducking and running for cover and a possible shooter running away. The gunfire echoed outside the intersection around 11:30 a.m.
What followed was a blur of squad car lights as investigators inspected spent shell casings on the sidewalk. There was also at least one bullet hole in the flower shop.
Police said a 36-year-old man who owned the shop was shot inside of his business. He was struck in the foot.
Witnesses told investigators the shooter was firing in the direction of some people standing outside, then ran off.
"I just heard shots," a man who lives nearby said. "I was in the house laying down and I heard like 13 shots. It was loud. It was like right next to my window."
The motive for the shooting was not clear late Saturday afternoon. But it was clear that police were looking for the person responsible for a potentially deadly attack.
The man who was shot was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers in Evergreen Park, police said. He was reported in good condition.
No one was in custody in the shooting as of the 5 p.m. hour.
