Flooding Turns Hoffman Estates Park Into A Fishing Pond

CHICAGO (CBS)-- A neighborhood park in Hoffman Estates has turned into a large fishing pond.
Fabbrini Park, located in a subdivision off Higgins Road, is flooded. The soccer field and parking lot have fish swimming in it, trapped after the pond reached capacity.
Residents said it has never been this bad.
Some teens made the parking lot into a boating spot.
