CHICAGO (CBS) -- One lucky couple won Cook County's first marriage license of 2023 along with some nice gifts.
Cook County Clerk Karen Yarbrough picked the couple live on Facebook.
Daniel Ferguson and Mandy Fila will exchange vows on January 3rd, the first business day of 2023. They won several prizes, including sparkling wine, wedding flowers and a wedding dance lesson.
