Free Field Museum Admission On Election Day for Illinois Residents

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Thanks to a promotional goof, all Illinois residents can visit the Field Museum for free on Election Day.

The museum initially planned to offer free admission with proof of voting. However, providing anything of monetary value, including museum admission, in exchange for voting is illegal.

The field museum will also be hosting "free days" on Nov. 11 and 18.
