Pulling a trick that's usually only seen when parents have children on both of the participating teams, a man wore a Cubs hat and a Cardinals jersey as he took in an eventual 9-8 win by Chicago. Details were scarce on the reasoning behind it, but in this era in which the Cubs-Cardinals rivalry has reached higher stakes with last season's postseason matchup, it was quite jarring to see.
