Evanston's annual holiday light recycling program starts Thursday

EVANSTON, Ill. (CBS) – Starting Thursday, The City of Evanston begins its annual holiday light recycling program.

It runs through the end of January at three locations.

Garlands live greens, and wreaths are not accepted.
