Firefighters battle smoldering roof at Englewood apartment building

CHICAGO (CBS) – Chicago firefighters were attacking a smoldering roof of an Englewood apartment building.

The fire broke out Monday morning in the two-story building near 74th and Emerald.

Flames scorched the first and second floors.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
