Elgin Man Charged With Home Invasion And Sexual Assault

CHICAGO (CBS)--An Elgin man has been charged with home invasion and criminal sexual assault following a home invasion reported last week in suburban Kane County.
Anthony G. Onofre, 25, allegedly forced his way into a residence on the west side of Elgin on the morning of Nov. 20 and sexually assaulted someone in the home.
His next court date is scheduled for Dec. 5.
