DePaul Students Robbed At Gunpoint Near Campus
CHICAGO (CBS) -- Two DePaul students were robbed at gunpoint early Monday by Wish Field near campus, police said.
Three offenders demanded personal belongings from the students during the robbery in the 2200 block of North Bissell around 12:20 a.m.
One of the suspects displayed a handgun, according to Chicago Police.
A witness alerted a DePaul security guard, who was able to detain one of the suspects, a female juvenile.
The two male suspects got away.
Charges were pending as of Monday afternoon, police said.
