Delta Airlines Pushing For No-Fly List For Unruly Passengers

CHICAGO (CBS)-- Delta Airlines is asking the Department of Justice to crack-down on unruly passengers.

The airline wants individuals convicted of disrupting a flight while onboard put on a national no-fly list.

Delta CEO Ed Bastian says that the airline already has close to 2,000 passengers placed on the airline's own list.

The airline industry is grappling with a surge of unruly passengers, especially as new COVID-19 protocols have been put in place.
