CTA Giving Away Thousands Of Free Ventra Cards In Auburn Gresham

CHICAGO (CBS)-- The CTA is hosting a pop-up event to give away thousands of free Ventra cards.
Tuesday's event is underway in Auburn Gresham in the Save-A-Lot parking lot on Halsted near 79th. The event ends at 1 p.m.
The CTA is also giving out free "Travel Healthy" kits with face masks, hand sanitizer and safety tips. CTA workers will be handing out the kits at other stations later this week.
