Medical Emergency Halts Blue Line Trains At Cumberland During Midday Hours Tuesday
CHICAGO (CBS) -- The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) said Blue Line trains were halted at the Cumberland stop for a period of time Tuesday because of a medical emergency on the tracks.
Blue Line service was suspended between O'Hare and Jefferson Park during the midday hours Tuesday due to the "medical emergency." Shuttle buses were pressed into service.
The CTA did not specify further details about the medical emergency.
