Chicago's The Wieners Circle gives out Chappell Roan tickets

One lucky winner gets Chappell Roan tickets at The Wieners Circle

CHICAGO (CBS) — Chappell Roan's sold-out Lollapalooza after-show at The Vic Theatre in Lakeview is one of the hottest tickets in town—and on Wednesday, The Wieners Circle got in on the fun.

Anyone who went to the famous hot dog stand at 2622 N. Clark St. in Lincoln Park and ordered a "Chappell" dog or a "Hot-to-Go" dog—temporary new names for the char and veggie dog, respectively—received a prize bag.

The giveaway only lasted an hour, and organizers warned customers, "Chappell Roan will not be in attendance."

Did all the prize bags have tickets to the show? Don't be ridiculous—only one did. CBS News Chicago was there when one lucky customer opened their prize bag to find a pair of tickets to the show at The Vic, 3145 N. Sheffield Ave., which was held Wednesday night.

Anyone desperate for tickets after the giveaway would have to be told, as the song says, "Good Luck, Babe!" Closer to the start time, the cheapest pair of tickets was going for $850 each.

Despite the Wednesday night Chappell Roan show being called an official Lollapalooza after-show, Lollapalooza does not actually start until Thursday.

Lollapalooza announced Roan has moved to the T-Mobile stage on Thursday to accommodate a larger crowd. Kesha's performance has been pushed one hour later due to the stage swap.
