Spring-Like Temperatures Expected By The End Of The Week
CHICAGO (STMW) -- Get ready for a spring-like warmup in Chicago this week, as temperatures should be close to 60 by Friday.
While Monday started off with patchy freezing drizzle across the Chicago area, with temperatures in the low 20s, it should reach the mid 30s by the afternoon.
Tuesday also should see a high in the mid 30s, with snow showers possible headed into Wednesday, when it will be only slightly colder, with temperatures in the low 30s.
Temperatures will shoot up again Thursday all the way through Friday evening, reaching the 40s by Thursday evening, and the high 50s on Friday.
Rain showers also are possible on Friday, before a somewhat cooler weekend, with temperatures in the upper 40s.
