2 Men Shot Dead Outside Near West Side McDonald's

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Two men were shot and killed Wednesday night steps from a McDonald's on the Near West Side.

Witnesses said the victims were standing outside a McDonald's on Western Avenue and Warren Boulevard when someone drove by and opened fire.

Both the victims were in critical condition, the Fire Department said.

Information from police was not immediately available.
