CHICAGO (CBS)-- The city of Chicago is making it easier than ever to get your COVID booster and flu vaccine.

The health department will bring both shots right to your home and it's free.

You can make an appointment online at chicago.gov/athome. On the website you can find a full list of neighborhoods available for this service.

You can also call 312-746-4835 to make an appointment.

ELIGIBILITY: In-home vaccination is available to all Chicago households and anyone 6 months and up is eligible to receive a vaccine. Up to 10 people can be vaccinated at a time, so Chicagoans can invite family, friends, or neighbors to their home to be vaccinated together.

VACCINE: Moderna (age 6 months through 5 years) and Pfizer (age 6 months and older), including updated Pfizer bivalent boosters. Flu shots are also available as long as one resident registers to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
