Chicago Couples Tie Knot On Valentine's Day

(CBS) -- It was a packed house at the Cook County Building Saturday as folks lined up to get married on Valentine's Day.

At least 200 people were in a line that stretched from the Cook County side of the building all the way down through the City Hall side, and it was moving at a snail's pace.

But, that didn't bother folks waiting. Teresa Garcia was in line for more than 2 hours to get married to Kevin Garcia.

Kevin Garcia says they chose Valentine's Day because, "This is once in a lifetime, so might as well do it on a special day."

Some people wore wedding regalia while others were dressed down in jeans and T-shirts.
