Woman Carjacked In Grocery Store Parking Lot On Far Northwest Side

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A woman was carjacked in a grocery store parking lot on Chicago's Far Northwest Side.

Police say the 48-year-old woman was walking in the parking lot in the 4700 block of North Cumberland around 7:45 a.m. when two armed men, or possibly juveniles, announced a robbery.

The men took the victim's wallet and phone and fled in her 2021 BMW SUV.

The woman was not injured.

No one is in custody.
