Bus Crashes On Dan Ryan Near 63rd Street
CHICAGO (CBS) -- At least 11 people suffered minor injuries Sunday afternoon in a bus crash on the Dan Ryan Expressway.
Illinois State Police said a bus with 45 people on board collided with an SUV around 3:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes near 63rd Street.
Eleven people were taken to hospitals with minor injuries, according to the Fire Department. At least 39 other people declined medical treatment.
The right two local lanes were closed for about half an hour after the crash, until the bus and SUV were moved to a crash investigation site at 75th Street.
