Woman Driving Dodge Charger Hits Van, Building In Bronzeville; Both Drivers Rushed To Hospital
CHICAGO (CBS) -- A woman driving a Dodge Charger crashed into a van and a building Monday afternoon in Bronzeville.
At 2:30 p.m., a 59-year-old woman was driving a Dodge Charger on 43rd Street at Indiana Avenue when she ran a red light and it a gray van being driven by a woman, also 59, police said.
The blue Charger then hit a commercial building and damaged the storefront.
Both women were taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center in good condition.
The woman who was driving the van also got a ticket for not having a valid driver's license.
