Body found in marsh in west Chicago suburbs

WHEATON, Ill. (CBS) -- Police in Wheaton were investigating Wednesday after a body was found in the Lincoln Marsh.

Police said at 7:20 a.m., officers were called to the marsh near the Union Avenue trailhead after someone walking discovered a dead body.

Police set up crime scene tape on several parts of the trail.

The person has not been identified.

Police said they will be in the area as they continue to investigate.
