Bears Set Training Camp Slate, Will Hold Join Practices With Patriots

(CBS) The Bears and Patriots will conduct practices together in New England on Aug. 15-16 during training camp.
For the second straight season, Bears coach John Fox has elected to work with another NFL team during training camp. The Bears and Patriots play Aug. 18 in a preseason came at Gillette Stadium.
Last August, the Bears joined the Colts in Indianapolis for training camp practices prior to their preseason game.
Bears training camp begins with the first practice on Thursday, July 28, with the team reporting to Olivet Nazarene in Bourbonnais on Wednesday, July 27. The Bears' first padded practice is Saturday, July 30.
Training camp in Bourbonnais runs through Tuesday, Aug. 9, leading up to the preseason game with the Broncos. The Bears then practice at Halas Hall before moving to New England for joint practices.
