--- Jay Cutler's 381 passing yards were the most in his 73 starts for the Bears and the second-most of his career. His career-high was set with the Broncos in 2008 when he threw for 447 yards. Cutler's 1,676 passing yards on the season are fourth in the league, as of Monday morning. His 13 touchdowns are tied for fifth.

--- Matt Forte's scored two rushing touchdowns Sunday, bringing his career touchdown total to 50 (37 rushing, 13 receiving). He's the sixth player in franchise history to reach that mark. Walter Payton is the Bears' all-time leader with 125 total touchdowns.

--- Forte had 10 catches for 77 yards. His 46 receptions lead the NFL, and his 376 receiving yards lead all running backs in the league.

--- Robbie Gould's two field goals Sunday brought his career total to 242 and one away from tying the Bears' franchise record, which is held by Kevin Butler.
