Barrington Massage Therapist Charged For Second Time With Sex Assault
(STMW) -- The manager of a massage therapy business in northwest suburban Barrington is facing sexual assault charges for the second time since March.
Michael S. Greenfield, 58, was charged with criminal sexual abuse, according to a statement from Barrington police issued Friday.
Greenfield, the manager of Sole2Soul Bodywork, allegedly abused a 54-year-old customer during their massage on Jan. 15, police said. The business is located at 1250 S. Grove Ave.
On March 9, police said Greenfield had been charged with criminal sexual assault for another incident at the business. Details about that alleged assault were not released.
On Friday, Cook County Judge Joseph Cataldo ordered Greenfield held on $100,000 bond at the Rolling Meadows courthouse, court records show. For the first charge, Cataldo ordered a $125,000 bond for Greenfield on March 6.
He is next scheduled to appear in court for the latest charge on April 24.
