Aurora Police Take Suspect Into Custody After Standoff
(CBS) – Aurora police took a 19-year-old suspect into custody Friday evening after a shooting in Montgomery.
The unnamed individual holed up in a home in the 1100 block of Homer, apparently at the home of a friend, Aurora police said in written statement. Two individuals came out and were questioned by police. They are not believed to have been hostages.
The suspect finally left the home around 7:20 p.m.
Police initially responded to a shooting in Montgomery around 2:20 p.m.
