76-Year-Old Woman Killed In Crash Near Midway International Airport

CHICAGO (CBS) -- A 76-year-old woman was killed Sunday in a two-vehicle crash on Cicero Avenue just north of Midway International Airport.
At 4:47 p.m., 41-year-old man was heading south on Cicero Avenue at Archer Avenue in a Chevrolet Malibu, when he sideswiped and struck the Honda the woman was driving northeast on Archer Avenue, police said.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, and the man driving the Chevy was taken into custody, police said.
