CHICAGO (CBS) -- COVID forced a number of actors to step aside while understudies slip into their roles.

In the case of a Chicago software engineer, the Broadway hit "Wicked" called her back to New York, so the show could go on. 2's Got Your Ticket with CBS 2 entertainment reporter Vince Gerasole.
