2 Shot In West Pullman

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Two people were shot early Saturday in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side.

About 3 a.m., four people walked up and knocked on the door of an apartment in the 12400 block of South Normal, according to Chicago Police.

When a 26-year-old man opened the door, one of them opened fire, hitting him and a 20-year-old woman inside, police said. Both suffered leg wounds and were taken to Roseland Community Hospital in good condition.

The victims know the people who knocked but weren't being cooperative with the investigation, police said. No one was in custody.
