2 Rescued From Fire In Chatham Apartment Building

CHICAGO (CBS) -- Two people were rushed to the hospital Monday night after a fire broke out in an apartment building in the Chatham neighborhood.

The fire broke out in a building on Rhodes Avenue near 84th Street, according to the Fire Department.

Both victims are in their 50s. Firefighters found them while searching the building.

Both victims are expected to recover, the Fire Department said.

There was no word on the cause Monday night.
